I noticed that in the morning I'm 172.5cm and in the night before I go to bed I'm 169cm (sometimes 168.5cm), i measured myself many many times so there is no error in the mesauraments, in fact the mesaurament from the doctors have always been different trough the time (in order from when i was 14 to now: 170cm, 171cm, 168cm, 169cm, 170cm). So, i would like to know if there is one method to reduce the decrease of height. I'm a smoker (but I am about to quit to do LL in the future) and I study all day (so my posture isn't that good), maybe if I start swimming at the pool can help me? I remember that when i was 16 and I did 1 year of swimming my mother mesaure myself and find out i was 172cm in the afternoon. So if you have any suggestments let me know, for me even be 172cm would be good because with shoes lifts I can easily arrive to 178cm (my ideal height).
