I have noticed that in almost every video of post-recovery released by clinics, some walking parts are cut.
I want to see the position of ass while the patients are walking, but the patients are always wearing a long-hem shirt in the video, so I cannot see how the recovery condition is very well.
The prementioned "cut parts", I just guess when the patient made some weird gait or position from specific angle(especially from left or right side), the clinic will remove this part from their video. I am just wondering.
And many people who experienced LL has posted some threads to complain about their duckass, but I don't know if they finally resolve their problem or not, they simply disappeared, never replying to their threads again.
I don' t care about "sport abilities" or "How fast I can run" or " Can I play football" or "Can I crouch down"
I care about my gait, because being a 6'2'' man walking like a duck is useless.
I have also found that so many Youtubers who regularly show their recovery condition, don't talk too much about if they have duckass or how severe it is.
There may be two possibilities.
1. The duckass is no more an issue, it is solved by continuous rehabilitation as time goes by
2. The duckass is hard to deal with, so patients have to accept their weird gait
For example,
A:
This Japanese guy made a video to show his gait after 10 month recovery.
You guys may not understand Japanese, but many comments are telling him his gait is "hard to tell apart from normal people"
But apparently it is not ture.
I know duckass is to some degree the inevitable problem for LL patients
But in this japanese case, I don't think it is acceptable. I would I say I will give up LL if the outcoming looks like this.
However, this video is made 7 months ago. We may need more time to see how it will be.
He is still updating some videos about LL, but he doesn't talk about his gait.
There are stilli some cases which look better.
B:
C: (gait: 09:50~10:10)
D:
BCD are the same person who has lengthened 10 cm(different from A)
B is 1 year after the surgery, you can see the gait is obviously unnatural, looks crippled
C is 2 years after the surgery, his gait looks 80% normal to me finally ((gait: 09:50~10:10)) (How do you think? Do you think I am over-evaluating?)
If you aren't told he is a LL experiencer, I don't think you will notice his gait
D is the same man running 3 years after surgery.
His running gait looks weird (only 50% normal), but it is acceptable for me
He only looks like an average stressed normie who doesn't exercise regularly becuz he is busy
I care more about walking gait, having a prominent ass protruding out will not make you attractive no matter how tall you are
E:
This white guy looks good as well.
He did 11.5 cm.
But most videos about LL surgery are focusing on the short term recovery (2 month to 1 year after the surgery) of the patients
And it looks like the clinics have cut some important parts from the video. It is only my opinion.
Two possibilities here again
1. Duckass is not an important problem, the videos are just showing their normal. I just bother myself too much. Even if duckass exists, it is still resolvable
2. Duckass is inevitable in almost every case, I have to choose between being a manlet or being handicapped
People in recovery video always walk straight forward or backward repetitvely, it is rare to see video recording the gait from left side and right side. It is my feeling, maybe not true.
About ballerina foot, it is the corresponding complication occurring in tibia patients
Same logics
