Temporary height increase from inversion therapy
« on: July 05, 2023, 10:24:17 PM »

I just need an extra cm tops, every mm counts. How many minutes a day would I have to use an inversion table to gain any height? How long before I would start to see results?

I also take 2000mg glucosamine every day. I'm well aware that any height gain from inversion will go away once you stop, but I'm willing to do it the rest of my life if I have to.

He’s right. This is cope. A lot of mental effort for a very marginal gain. Not worth it.

Just do it right and get like 8 cm on your femurs with an internal method and never look back...
