Especially as a solo traveller, where do you keep your belongings before going for surgery?

easiest solution: pack light enough to bring your travel roller bags with you into the hospital, the nurses will help roll them into your hospital room

in Athens, in some of the hotels if you have even more stuff that is not so easily moved, you could pay a few euros per day to put them in their hotel storage room (which at Montaza hotel is basically them putting a bunch of stuff on the floor in a little dank room, good to have nametags on your stuff)

TLDR: whatever you bring, try to make sure they can all fit into travel roller bags, its easier for everyone. I wish I had brought a very big travel roller bag, the airport staff can always help you move it later when you come back

Not this

I think packing light is totally doable/using small travel roller bags but I still wish I had brought an extra big travel roller bag, it just makes moving things easier in case you want to get more stuff after you come
