Useful to warm up the lower legs before/during putting on the brace/splint?

I've been finding a heated electric blanket for November weather for warming up my thighs during femur LL

I wonder about this for tibia, I wonder if I would put on the brace/splint that stretches the quads and then put on the heated electric blanket on top of it
