Can you get LL when you have orthotics?

I've had them since I'm about 10 years old, and I'm now 18, which is why I don't think I'll ever be told I can stop wearing them. The thing is, I've never had any problems with my feet; even when I was told I had an "inside incline" and had to wear orthotics, I was a really good runner, and I still am nowadays.
