Starting original height is somewhere between 166 and 169 cm, won't say
Paley limits tibias to 5 cm (if you do it one go without a rebreak later), and I think Dr. Nemer in Ukraine limits it to 4 cm tibias recommended --so this is weighing on my mind
But sometimes in Athens you'l have someone to do a bit more, like 5.5 or 6 cm on tibias
I'm not sure how much the following matters, but presumably if someone hasn't fully consolidated yet, it should be possible to go back from 5.5 to 5 cm using precise's reverse ability if anything goes wrong-- so that is comforting, like assuming someone does this in time before its too late
Current plan is to wait one year after I finish my femurs (doing femurs now in Athens) to do tibias later, then try to get to 4 cm tibias, then I'll ask the doctor what factors to look for to figure out when to stop, then possibly do 5 cm, then I'll ask the doctor again for factors to look for to figure out when to stop, etc same thing at 5.5 cm and then not go beyond 5.5 cm unless somehow my range of motion is still great at 5.5 cm
I'm a bit afraid of a situation where I'll do like 5.5 cm and then use ice / stretching /doctor saying its OK/etc to convince myself its OK when in fact I should reverse and go back down to 5 cm
So I guess the question is aside from pain, what other specific signs are there to look for to figure when to stop? "when the ballerina gets too bad" I guess but I'm not sure when that is
"when there's too much pain" right ->but like there are different kinds of pain
"Kinds of pain:-> so uh what do I mean.. so there is muscle stretching pain, nerve pain, achilles tendon pain, knee pain, they all feel a bit different
