Questions for people who did antigravity tread mil + pool +hydrotherapy

I'm curious if hydrotherapy is actually superior and by how much

The antigravity treadmill has felt fine to me, I haven't tried a pool or hydrotherapy yet

I heard the pool feels awesome so I have to think that hydrotherapy feels great

I'm trying to find someone who has tried two or more of these three and can comment

How did they compare in your experience?
