why dont more people go to dr Kohne instead of Turkey?

dr Kohne just charges 60k for precice lengthening and covers all complication for free

he is in germany (highly developed) country

he is an excellent and compassionate doctor and well trained doctor

but I see hundreds of people from china, middle east, australia, uk to Turkish medical tourism clinics and getting precice there. why? how much are they really saving??
