Hi there long story short, I already posted in my diary but I need some experience from someone who underwent LL already.
I am day 3 post OP and today when using the bathroom I saw a big blue-black hematoma on 2/3 of my genitalia and a bit in the groin area. It wasn‘t there before and I freaked out about i (it looks absolutely terrifying). Two doctors told me it‘s just superficial hematoma that sunk down from the incision site due to the blood thinners, harmless just like the orange anti septic liquid. It doesn‘t hurt at all but looks horrific. Did anyone experience the same? Hematoma suddenly in your pen*s? And how long did it take to get away? I am so super scared it may leave behind nerve damage / sensation loss. That would be detrimental.

Also if it‘s not too personal, can somebody tell me how long it took you to m*sturbate after the surgery and if that was working alright? Rn I am still pumped with pain meds and it‘s far out of my mind. Hopefully normal right?

I had Hematomas on my calves after my (LON) Femur surgery. Not on my pen*** but still on a rather unrelated spot, and it looked really dark green on one side. Maybe they accidentally hit that area or it was simply overexerted in some way.

A local doctor also told me that some "blood thinners" such as aspirin are not really good blood thinners because they rather cause Hematomas. So there is that relation between some blood thinning subastances and Hematomas.

I was able to masturbate once during my hospital stays after both first surgeries for Femurs and Tibias. It was day 3 or 4 in both cases. And moving on from there it was just as easy as always. But the mind has to be horny first to overcome the physical difficulties. I didn't force it, I waited until it was more difficult to not do it.

Hi I never took aspirin, my blood thinners were the classic case of heparin shots then xarelto some time later.

I asked him they said they didn‘t touch or hit that area. It‘s just dripping down from the hip area where I now have no hematomas. Perhaps due to the compression boots it moved from my groin into my penis and now my testicles. Looks horrible but is harmless.

Yea I‘ll probably follow that path as well. Tried on day 3/4 but was difficult due to numbness. I now will wait and see next time. Did it return to normal for you after some time?
