knee pain and noises
« on: July 19, 2018, 08:04:17 PM »

I am getting pain and serious noises coming from my knee. It's a bit worrying. Why does it happen?

It may go away or lessen. How long have you consolidated? Or are you still lengthening?

When this happened to me I got cortisone injections and they made my knees act normally.  This means it was inflammation.

They should be used sparingly since they're bad for you, but one use will tell you if it's just temporary inflammation or something more serious.
