How to prepare for surgery

My surgery is due in 2 months, what am I supposed to be doing until then to help myself? Has anyone undergone LL without doing any preparations?

No one should undergo LL without prep. LLers do this once or a few times in our whole life! Why not give it a good prep?

For ref, check the first few posts of my diary. Most important is to stretch for months before surgery. Then having a healthy env during LL is crucial.

Does anyone have a link to a video showing the right way to stretch? Also, for how long should I do it daily?
