No one cares how much you can squat or even if you squat at all. There are no social advantages to being able to load a bunch of weight on your back and start huffing and puffing with other red faced beefcakes.

Best to ask someone like Bodybuilser abt that.

Ideal goal: (178cm~180cm) 5'10~5'11 with two separate bilateral(femur+tibia) lengthening / (183cm) 6' at max safe goal
Normal goal: (176cm) 5'9 with femur lengthening
Minimum goal: (173.5cm) 5'8 with femur/tibia lengthening

Plan in 2025~2026 when Precice Max comes and has some good outcomes.

Post CLL 8 cm femurs my squat is basically bodyweight, my knees are bad with reduced ROM, hence my thighs got weak and my +8cm causes balance issues in the squatted positions.
As for needing to squat, my 210 kg adventure motorbike cares, as does my 25 kg 6 year old, as does my 4WD SUV when trying to change tyres , gearboxes, batteries etc

Could you give some more info on who you went with, what method you used, and how often you continued PT, agility and flexibility exercises after surgery? That would be helpful
