I am in my planning stage as well but I kind of have decided to go with G-nails over precice , Dr G said that both are quality nails but you'd need to expect 25% extra in pain levels in G-nails but you have the advantage of early mobilization which I am wiling to consider G-nails for.
I asked him about precice and he said that wheelchair would be needed for like 5 months (more or less) depend on your goal of lengthening of course and walker only inside house (going to kitchen, toliet, etc.) , you cant apply your weight on the nails so overall if my understanding is correct less weight bearing delayed consolidation or formation quality.
as for the frames, I guess you can weight bear on them but definitely you can't take them out until you finish the consolidation phase so they would need to stay for long time before you can take them out..
budget in Athens : Dr G package is now considering the nursing assistance (only if you pick their affiliated hotels) so you will end up paying for accommodation, transportation and food.
