Tibia or femur first?

Want to do LL but only one at a time,because my budged is tight,cannot  absent from work for to long.
Which one is better Tibia or femur?
Tibia or femur more faster to recover
Which more painfull
Using LON method
Thinking to go with Dr buldu or dr mirzoyan
Sorry if my grammar is bad

Don't do LON femur.

Don't go to Mirzoyan.

So femur with LON is a big no
Why no with mirzoyan? Is he have a bad record?

What's wrong with LON Femur?

sooooo difficult for the patients. Would not recommend in grown adults for cosmetic purposes.
