I think it's better to email or something your doctors about this kind of questions than just spending time searching in this forum.

Yes, they do.
Thanks. I will also ask or confirm with all docs I include in my shortlist.
My blood is already naturally "thick", unfortunately (we can see it after a blood analysis, for example values of platelets and prothrombin time).
On the other hand, blood clots seem to be less frequent and less dangerous in tibias than femurs surgeries.
