For people who did tibia surgery what were your favourite stretches?

So finally finished my lengthening and now just working on stretching. I was wondering what were your guys favourite/ most effective stretches?

Legs straight, bend forward at the waist, put your forearms on the seat of a chair, preferable an adjustible one so you can raise/lower it.
