Hi Guys, I don't know if I'm posting in the right section, I hope I'm not wrong, I wanted to ask you if you tell me which users have stretched the most, like over 15cm? Obviously both tibia and femur, and if there are related Diaries, for example for now I have read the diaries of Meck and MyEvolution, I also know the famous Apotheosi, even if I could not find his diary, so if you can suggest others Diaries like that, thank you guys in advance.

i did my femurs twice- second one late september now i am done with the forum. might visit for updates, i am doing okay at the moment.

How would you rate your athletic ability now comparing to pre-lengthening @fivetenneeded2016?

before my third surgery I could gym, and jog..i havent tried sprinting since i had an acl repair surgery, but i am sure I can.
if weights, jogging swimming etc is considered, i am quite the same as before. but if explosiveness/running is considered, i am yet to measure but i reckon it be around 80% if i just tried it one day without any training. my life has been quite busy since university- 2016, so havent got much time to practise such options by games like soccer etc.

WOW 20 cm, how is your gait? Can you run easily? 159 to 181 is incredible
