Do you know something about brain stimulation therapies or other surgeries that can modify and alter brain structures and functions? I'm considering to impose neurological stimulations onto my Broca's area and desensitizations onto my fasciculuses in the inferior temporal gyrus, relevant to the causes of stutter, to check out if these therapies can work stutter out even by only a little.
Or plz just inform me of whether brain stimulation therapies can really repair brain dysfunctions.

How come LOL, smart is not cultivated by your excellent brain structures or functions. Smart is a collection of your insistencies, adventures, educations, experiences, emotions and etc.. For example, Einstein is the best embodiment of genius, but after his brain was stolen by a mad surgeon, the consensus with other as mad medical professionals as him was that Einstein's brain strucutre is not different from average people's.
Also IQ test is just an entertainment and don't take it srsly, IQ's operational concept is very ambiguous(IQ test's score), and in addition, the inventor of standardized tests said what he invented was too crude to be used.

Who told that? I suggest u not to read any junk sciences unless they can really show physiological and neurological evidences with MRI or something.
First off, if 20% more neurons stuff is true, then you have to prove having neurons will lead to higher IQ.
Secondly, you have to prove Einstein natal with 20% more neurons than normal babies, not due to his postnatal intelligent practices(They can somehow upgrade your brain structure)
Finally, IQ has been already categorized into two kinds:Crystallized Intelligence and Fluid Intelligence, the latter of which is being all the time put nearly all of emphasises on and viciously competed over by human.
As well I have mentioned above IQ itself is just bs and I'd like to say it's more like random index that can destroy or maintain one's confidence, maliciously or encouragingly.
