Started using a technique that helped me a lot with my ballerina so far thought I’d share it with you guys as it might be helpful for some, buy a lot of shoes with different height lifts for eg (5cm,4,3,2) and try to adjust to a lower lift shoe every couple of days.

Just had bone marrow injections (stem cells) in both legs as a last resort to fix my delayed union in the right leg. Hoping this will fix my problem and no grafting will be required, will keep you guys updated as I know this information could be vital for a lot of you.

Thank god ballerina is 99% fixed. I can’t believe it 8 months post op and daily therapy. What helped the most is that I threw away the heel shoes and started walking a lot barefoot, I’m in disbelief and so glad that I didn’t do the tendon surgery

Update: i’ve done bone grafting and removed the fitbone and replaced it with a titanium rod in my right leg about a year ago, the bone grew well as a result of that. Started calisthenics 5 months ago and im pretty fit, got clearance to play non contact sports now, running is still difficult but im gradually improving. Will play tennis today.

Other than running, which i haven't put alot of effort in, my life has been normal, no pain, can walk normally, i work, workout and go out everyday. Life has finally come around after years of pain, well worth it tho, no regrets.
