Isn't it hard to change your underwear if you have the big frames? How do you do it anyway? I imagine you just don't wear any and just have loose fitting shorts? If you can wear it is it better for boxers or briefs?

I dont have the bulky kind of Ilizarov frames, but i still only use boxers, they are quite elastic so its not that difficult to stretch them out so they can cross over the frames.

I didn't wear any underwear during LL with my bulky frames. Just baggy shorts.

None, I did not wear any underwear and I am pretty sure no other patients at Dr Sarin's guest house did either. Elastic gym shorts are best.
