realistic goal
« on: June 28, 2021, 07:33:00 PM »

Hello, my current height is 160cm, wingspan is 163, and sitting height is 84cm. What height gain would be possible without looking disproportionate? Originally, I did want to do 7cm on my femurs and 5cm on my tibias, but I'm worried that it might look odd.

Clearly height over proportions,in your case i would even say that you might look better with longer legs,i myself measure 1.66m and my sitting height is like 75cm and i do like my natural proportions

I messaged Dr. Giotikas' assistant, and she said that I could safely gain 8cm without looking odd. Beyond that, I may have to get additional arm lengthening. Plus, I think you might have measured your sitting height wrong: 75cm seems very low.

What's your wingspan, if you don't mind me asking?

From the floor to my hip it's approximatively 90-93cm,and my sitting height is around 75cm,my wingspan is 175cm,and overall my legs are longer than my torso by far,it's quite obvious when i'm wearing some nice jeans or pants,i'm really looking forward to add 7-8cm to my legs to average 1m lower body, long legs are really esthetic imo
That's why i'm saying, adding 8-13cm to your lower body will definitely make you less short, actually,i had a friend who was maybe 162-163cm and i really found him short, although we were at similar heights,he had short legs and appeared even shorter than his height might suggest at first.
Imo,at 1.68cm with 1.63m wingspan,you'll look fine,even if you had 4-5cm later on,you'll be okay,10cm above your wingspan isn't catastrophic,hell,i'm 10cm below my wingspan,and i my arms are fine proportions wise,though i have a wide torso might be why
