Finger lengthening options?

Anyone know anyone who can perform finger, hand, foot, toe lengthening? Dr Eppley is a no go on that one so any other suggestion are much appreciated thanks. Btw all of these are already performed for non-cosmetic reasons so any theories about why it won’t work will be ignored. igonored
