Inspired by the thread where the lady surgeon injected some kind of fillers in the sole to add 2-3 cm. It got me thinking, is there any alterntaive to LL? Even just to gain 1cm; maybe some sort of exercise?- or a machine similar to the medieval device where the victim would have his feet and hands bound and stretched? Maybe even surgery elsewhere on the body.
