160cm Wingspan To 168cm
« on: June 17, 2021, 07:03:20 PM »

Hey guys

This is pretty much the only thing I’m not sure about...

My height is 156cm and my wingspan is 160cm

I’ll definitely do atleast 1 surgery either tibia or femur.

Mostly I’ll go for femurs first as I’ll be able to gain more 8cm.

So I’ll be at 164cm which is 5ft4. With shoes on will be at 165cm- 5ft5.

If I’m being honest I’ll be more then happy at this height being the same height as most girls I’ll be more confident. Will still be short for a male but won’t be a so called midget ...

If all goes well I’ll do an surgery on tibia 6cm, 2inches.

So then In total I’ll be at 168cm- 5ft6

My question to you guys is how do you think my proportion will look,
At 160cm wingspan and height at 168cm...

I believe at 164cm height and 160cm wingspan I won’t look too bad, but at 168cm it might stand out abit.

Some people will say, proportions don’t, won’t matter but I’d rather not look like a t-Rex

Anyways please help me out guys,

157cm height, 160cm wingspan
164-168cm height goal

And About A mock up what ever I don’t know how that works so please help out

Also I’ll be going to the gym a lot, gain as much of weight I can, bulk, and then get ripped.
Kinda like a body builder physique.

I think this might help me not look like a skinny kid with long legs

Also I heard hanging on a pull up bar helps stretch the arms and gain more wingspan so I’ll try hanging everyday.

Not at all.  Wingspan is determined by clavicle and scapular length in addition to actual arm bone length.  Stretching your arms will allow you to reach slightly further while still “warm” after warming up but it does not increase your wingspan.  Otherwise all basketball players would hang from pull-up bars 8 hours a day to get a better wingspan.

Before stretching I have a bit over 183cm wingspan.  After stretching I have a 184cm wingspan.  I hung from bars a lot for my spinal issues and even after six months this before/after 183/184cm wingspan never changed.

You should lengthen and observe and look in the mirror at your arms when you get to that 160-164 range, personally I wouldn’t go to 168 but arm lengthening is always an option if you want to do that.

My wingspan is 177 cm, I was originally 171 cm tall and lengthened to 179 cm (Femur), I have a long upper body (93 cm sitting height), but my knuckles are still a bit lower than my crotch. It is the upper body proportions that I think are the most obvious regarding Wingspan, and obviously my upper body proportions didn't change with LL. No one (nor I myself) has or can notice my Ape Index change from +6cm to -2cm , basically as before My hands still easily reach my pockets...I personally think the ratio of Sitting Height to arm length is a far better "T-Rex" Indicator...
