Glutes on fire
« on: December 24, 2020, 07:12:26 PM »

Hi everyone,

I am considering femur lengthening and my "assets" are important to the workouts I do as well as keeping a strong core for my career. For those of you who've undergone, I am wondering if you were able to get your backside back to a strong and thick level. I'm sure this is a forum mostly for foreign dudes but guess what we all live in a world where the butt is important to women as well (especially in my case). Did your butt grow back after working out? Is there a method you can do while lengthening to try to keep the area in tact? obviously I will live but I definitely do not want a flat a**.  8) ::)

This guy got 7cm femur surgery done back in 2003 and uploaded videos in 2015: http://www.limblengtheningforum.com/index.php?topic=2046.0

He is muscular, can jump high, run, dance.

In this video, it looks like his glutes are doing just fine:
