Anti inflammatory meds/foods and bone growth
« on: October 26, 2020, 04:49:51 PM »

Hey guys, does anyone know if anti inflammatory medications or foods/supplements such as fish oil, tumeric etc can have a negative impact on bone growth? I've read that NSAIDs can impact negatively. I'm already consolidated but I'm assuming the bones still have a long way to go to heal to full strength so I want to be careful not to jeopardize things by ingesting stuff that might inhibit my progress.

Hey, I also read that study try to use Acetaminophen (Tylenol) instead. I don't think that supplements may harm bone growth, personally I would take:
alcium supplements and the jarrows Bone up pills.
Take 10000iu vitamin D daily
Take some vitamin k2 (this is important)
Take calcium pills, AND milk if possible.
Bone up supplement. This is extremely good
The most important thing is the Bone-Up and Vitamin D+K2 and the Calcium pills. You can use exogen but focus on the k2 and calcium pills.
What k2 does is divert calcium into your bones instead of arteries
