You have Chad looks, full hair, in shape.  Go for 5 inches and you'll be ready for anything.  Just know, that 2 LL procedures will mess with athletic capabilities, even just 1 will.  You will need to keep that in mind.  Have someone here do a mockup.  stay within wingspan proportions.  If you go above it, just don't overdo it...but most people won't notice.
