Put on weight during LL

Hi guys( I'm sorry for my English), if someone do LL how many Kg would take of fat. Because during this procedure you are going to use few calories ecc

Unfortunately, you will lose muscle from both the legs and upper body during CLL.  During my CLL experience; It helped me a great deal to have the "Bow Flex" machine in my apartment.  It allowed me to continue to perform upper body training with decent resistance.  I bounced back pretty quickly once I was able to return to the gym around month 5 and 6, post op.
