Athleticism difference of CLL in Tibia and Femur
« on: June 07, 2020, 12:13:54 PM »

Hi guys, I have decided to go to Dr Lee in Korea for CLL, it's just a matter of time. I think he has a reasonable price and he focuses on rehab. He has done a lot of Lon on Tibia as well and though the amount of patient he has had is great, I haven't heard any bad reviews.

I noticed in one of his videos, he noted Femur has more advantage in recovering athleticism, can somebody explain the reason behind this? Also, can people whos had CLL in tibia answer this question with experience?

Thanks

Tibia = tibia + fibula, aka 2 bones

Femur = femur just one bone

Femur has more muscle tissue and blood supply surrounding it.  Assuming none of that is damaged, that gives it the advantage in terms of athleticism.

Why the focus on femur lengthening though I know it’s preferable for good reasons when the tibia becomes shorter in relation to a lengthened femur.  If you’re in shorts or in swimwear or just underwear, can’t people see your femur looks longer than your tibia?

Yeah femur patients get a caterpillar look and tibia patients get a built-in platform shoe look.

Because you can lengthen more with femurs. Like a whole inch more
