If definitely, does that means I can achieve 7-8cm in low price by other doctors and then separate 8cm of my tibia by two surgeries?

Most people can't make 16cm.  You would need to be very flexible and stretch yourself constantly in order to do this.

I believe is achievable if you go in for more than two surgeries. I’ve been planning exactly that for the future to come. My plan was to go for Dr. Pradeep in India, which from the diaries of his patients, has been a good doctor with a high rate success and very affordable. My plan was to do tibial lengthening with him since, from what I have read in the diaries, that’s his expertise. For the femur I’m not pretty sure yet, but i’ve been looking into Betz, since that’s, again, from what I have read, is what most patients go with him for. In your case I would definitely divide the amount of lengthening into three surgeries. If you have time you can first start with femur and lengthen 5.5cm  or so, during the end of the consolidation phase you could go for the tibial lengthening and get around 5cm. After the tibial consolidation phase is over you go back for the third surgery and lengthen the rest(5.5cm). What you WOULD need for this “style of lengthening”, lets call it, is at least 2 year. But since they are way more affordable than Paley, this would save you a lot of money, or make this amount of lengthening even possible in the first place.
