I’m almost 6 months in using ExFix on tibias. For people that did it or knows something, after they remove the ExFix how long does it take for when i can start doing heavy squats etc?

Full consolidation of bones take 1-1.5 yrs on average. After bones are strong enough at this point, doctor will probably allow beginning workout. However age is a major factor. This duration may be even slightly less than 1 year, or more than 1.5 yrs.

A patient in 20s is more likely to get back to sports earlier than a patient in 30-40s. Due to bone healing capacity being higher.
