Arm Shortening Surgery
« on: January 24, 2020, 10:10:07 PM »

Hey Community. I have been lurking here a lot the past few weeks. I need help. Please tell my if I am delusional or if you would think the same way if you were me.

I always been struggeling a lot with my super long Arms. I feel uncomfortable touching people or working with my hands when someone is watching. Even when I am doing nothing it feels like they drain Energy from me. I always keep my hands in my pockets to hide my arm length which is really straining. I also did a lot of sports and built muscle and it didnt help.
So here are some stats:

my height: 187cm
wingspan: 202cm

I want to reduce my Arm length both humerus and radius/ulna. also broke my right Arm when I was 12 both radius and ulna and my right arm grew even bigger :O

I feel so fked up people always ask me if I take drugs. I find my arms disgusting

Well i am gonna say one thing here. Do not shorten your wrist bone. It has 2 bones and its hard to get 100% working.

My Mother has Extremely long arms and her mom bully her about it alot. Shes goodlooking woman and she uses different ways to hide her arms. If you ask me she has struggled alot about it. She also has really long legs. Hows your proportion? Long legs? Or long torso? Wondering if lenghtening legs would be a option also?

I have not read about humerus shortening, but in case of uppee legs safety margin is 4cm. I can tell that short humerus bone is not the best asset in life. Its hard sometimes to find a comfortable way of being. But if you really think trough and wanna proceed remember to check all risks and be ready for the worst.

I have quit long legs and a short torso so my arms look extra long on that. It just seems like my arms are really out of proportion.
If I just shorten the humerus it would look weird bc the upper arm is supposed to be longer then the forearm..
