So from 5'8 to going slightly above 5'10, how noticeable is the overall change, accompanied with some muscle gains (10-15kg lean muscle). Doing the 2inches on tibias makes the tibias very long in proportion to femurs and even torso and how noticeable is it to general public. and how noticeable is the height difference to the ppl as well as the one bone "tibia"
