Title, is the bone formed during the distraction phase molecullarly inferior and weaker than bone formed during puberty?

I asked the exam same question long before, Dr.Assyag surveyed his colleagues and they all responded by saying that the chances of breaking/fracturing of the newly formed bone is the same as an ordinary one. Scientific sources also state that bone is the only tissue capable of generating new tissue without scar tissue.
