Travel Insurance - LL Vets please answer

Hi,

This may be an incredibly dumb question but I was wondering if any LL vets could let me know if they got travel insurance for their LL journey? I am going to India and I am wondering if I need to get it/which type to get - going abroad for LL isn't exactly a circumstances insurance companies particular cater for!
