For femur internal and tibia (external or internal) how can one find a list of all the stretches the physical therapists will do routinely? So that one can learn how to master them before the surgery for best results. Does anyone have videos or lists of what stretches will be done and their descriptions. That way people on this forum doing CLL can practice the stretches and know what they need to do beforehand to prepare
