who the fk is this dr. haci kutlu? the name is scarry for sure - LOL :) his name translated to hindi will mean laughing killer. I am neveer going to go to a doctor with such name.

Yes haci is spelled hagi in turkish which mesns imam , doesnot matter. What matterd is he is an NOt an ethical doctor.
