Your budget rules out internal methods completely, so we're talking externals.

7 cm on tibias is not generally recommended; you'll need to consult your doctor on target length as it varies person to person. You either have to scale back your expectations or suffer through external femurs until you know for sure.

With your budget and method, you might want to consider doctors like Dr. Kulesh in Russia. Here's an ongoing diary by Jim_dabarber, and you can just search this forum for more diaries and info.

But like others have suggested, it'll be worthwhile to save up as well so that you have more options.

Save up 14k and consider Vietnam

Russia is probably better than Vietnam (always check the doctors'/hospital's records before, of course, etc). They do have the longest history with externals. I believe the prices are also similar.

I live in Brazil and our currency is kinda messed up now, I will probably move to another country to work and save more money to do it.
I'm considering Russia or Spain for the surgery, since I don't think I can save enough for the more expensive ones and I'm almost 26, my idea is to do it before my 30yo.
I believe the cheaper and with quality internals that I have seem is in Barcelona?
