Could I grow more naturally after getting limb lengthening
« on: August 01, 2017, 06:52:43 AM »

Getting LL now, but i'm still young (just turned 19 last month) I did grow 2 inches naturally between the last 2 years, I wanted to know if there is a chance I could grow a small amount maybe 1-2cm after finishing LL since some people claim you keep growing until your early 20s or would getting LL hinder that possible growth? Thanks

I personally grew 3 inches after I finished LL in my femurs, and I was already 26 at the time. There is hope for you, too.

Don't take my word for it, google "natural growth after LL" and read all the diaries.

Good luck, friends.

After 17-19 no man could grow more in height.
And this hasn't anything to do if you have LL or not.

So someone should wait until 19 to be sure he ended up growing and then he could do LL.
After that age a further height increase is impossible. Everything else is bs.

It's impossible that you grew 3 inches, even if the epiphyseal "growth" cartilage still exist until 19-21 years at most, that kind of exponential growth only occurs in early puberty. Which is why, no one who knows a little bit about human growth would believe that height increase after LL can be a "late" growth spurt.

The rest is posture, spinal decompression, etc. The results of techniques that exploit these to gain height are modest at best and not even close to 3 inches.

I grew ~1 inch since i graduated high school to middle of my sophomore year in college.
from 18-20

After 20, it is very rare for someone to keep growing taller and he said 3 inches lmao
