is femur lengthening impossible for me?

i have terrible ballerina foot during tibia lengthening now. i started notice mild ballerina when i lengthened only 2cm. but im also extremely lazy with exercise.

does it mean I have terrible flexibility and shouldn't go femur lengthening? at least there is Achilles tendon lengthening for tibia.but no solution for femur
