this is me after i've been training a lot what is your opinion can you see any difference at all like you said i've been doing everything to bulk up
Very skinny.
With LL, considering you have a good height already, you'll look scrawny like Vader, tall with really skinny body which is something that women hate.
So lift heavy and eat a lot, only then your body will look manly. Your height is your last problem from what I see.

With me i think alot of my height issues is a mental problem i just want to be taller and yea i know i need to get bigger to look better with LL but all i've been doing is eating chicken and rice and milk almost everyday big amounts of it to and thats about it.

What weight do you think would be good for LL im atm i'm 166 pounds.

166 pounds of pure fat. There is no muscle on you. Have you started one of the programs i told you about?

A built man of 5.10 height should be way more than 166lb. He should be close to 200 lb.
You should be at least 180 lb to appear manlier. Please focus on that and when you have a good body then go for LL if you want. But not know cause you'll look even worse and thats a pity.

You probably need to be lifting heavier. Really push yourself to put up more weight but be safe about it. You need to eat massive protein, 200-300 grams a day. Don't forget to train legs because that's where the testosterone levels will increase. You're not doing enough and not consistency. But if you're looking for training advice, go look at a fitness forum.

True honestly i'm probably not getting anywhere near 200-300 grams of protein tbh bt yea i think my main worry is that i'll lift really heavy nd have a heart attack or something lol

But yea deffo need to up the the weight i'm lifting yesterday and today the heaviest i've started lifting is 25KG but so hopefully in a few weeks/Months it'll start to show.

Also am really gonna have to take a look at those fitness forums
