If one of my tibias was 5mm shorter, but I could not lengthen more than 4.5cm, then I would...

...do 4.5cm on both tibias, because 5mm of leg discrepancy is nothing.
...do 4.0cm on one leg and 4.5cm on the other one.

Not obvious if you are 161cm and 4.5cm is the minimum that you wanted to achieve, but while doing LL you have to realize that it's the bloody maximum that you can do :'(

Sorry, I haven't written my diary yet.
I will fly home tomorrow and then I will have to go to my local hospital first to check my leg discrepancy for the fourth time before I say anything wrong or what happened.
I'm always the guy with bad luck, no matter what I do  :'(

Hey man don't worry you aren't the only one.

Fixing your leg and getting taller is a win-win so focus on your goal.

Why can you get over 4.5? To prevent misalignments?? I think if you use nails it is not like with just a fixator, you wont lose any height, 4.5 are 4.5.
