Sciatic nerve injury
« on: October 31, 2016, 10:45:33 PM »

Has anyone had issues with siatic nerve pain/injury while lengthening?

Mine is inflamed pretty bad and a quick google search brought up some medical documents advising against going past 5 cms. I'm barely past that but I'm a little worried. It's sapping the strength out of my left leg pretty noticeably.

Anyways if anyone has any advice that would be great

Try lengthening at a slower rate if that doesn't soothe the pain in 2-3 days time you should start thinking about ending nerve damage is not something you want to have to deal with sometimes depending on the seriousness is irreversible

I've finished lengthening for 3 months now and I'm aware of the second part of your post. I was hoping someone that's experienced nerve issues to give me some advice

Does anyone know what nerve issuescrimsontide was experiencing?
