I wouldn’t do it bro
I had a good nose but broke it junior year in high school during regionals for wrestling. My deviated septum made it crooked and gave me breathing problems, had surgery the following year to fix the breathing problem which would also fix how it looked. My surgeon also was nice enough to make it look better than it was, included in the surgery.
I know this is a cll forum but To explain how it is and why not to do both
I was waiting for the surgery, they made me strip to a hospital gown, before they gave me the asnesthia they started counting down and before they even got to zero everything went black like the lights went out. It was like I was dead. No pain or anything just woke up feeling dizzy and sleepy, it was confusion. Realized I had a cast on my nose and nurses told me surgery went well. Lot of discomfort, couldn’t breath out my nose and it was swollen and overall just felt like crap, no pain tho. I chose my surgeon based on insurance and picked best reviews so I actually went out of town. After surgery I had a friend of mine who lived close to that area take me to my hotel. Nurses escorted me out in a wheelchair even though I could walk and my friend helped my into my bed and left. From there I was on my own. I mostly slept, ate healthy and took my medicine. It was really uncomfortable I couldn’t sleep good or breathe out my nose, it was really congested and I couldn’t blow out of it and it was constantly leeking liquid ( I have allergies it was like snot mixed with blood from the surgery) After 6 days the cast came off by itself (wasn’t supposed to but I kept getting it wet from showering) I looked terrible. Looked like I got hit with an 18 wheeler lol. The swelling and bruising looked so bad I didn’t recognize myself. After I went in next day for my check up (7 day post op they remove the cast) they gave me steroid injection to help with swelling. Within that week everything started to clear up. Later onRemoving the sutures/stitches was very painful but it was quick. Besides that it really wasn’t that bad, within two weeks I was going out in public and people didn’t notice the small stitches on the bottom, my nose was just kinda swollen but all the bruising went away, the bruising looks bad but it doesn’t reflect your condition. After about a month everything look good enough I was happy with that result, but it got even better over the next 6 months-year when all the swelling went away. When I compare /septo/rhinoplasty to cll its a piece of cake. However for cosmetics your nose tip may be swollen more than it was before for the first few months as tip heals last.
To do both cll and rhino would be very strenuous. Having broken legs and a nose is not a good idea. Rhino by itself is very uncomfortable. Also it’s bad to be under anesthesia for too long, can cause brain damage and other complications. I would do one and wait 1-2 months minimum to do the other. Your body needs to heal one at a time. Doing multiple surgeries at once is overstrain, you only do that in life threatening scenarios not cosmetic. That 2-3 thousand dollars saved will NOT be worth it, trust my advice as someone who has had rhinoplasty you do not want a broken and nonfunctional nose the same time you break your legs
