I didn't find any forum posts that have a large gathering of all of the doctors that perform a humerus lengthening procedure.

Mangal Parihar could do it, but it is even more dangerous than LL.

A lot of doctors will lengthen the humerus. Some state that that it is more dangerous than leg lengthening because there's greater chance of nerve injury, and some state that humerus lengthening is the easiest to perform and that it's not a greater risk than leg lengthening. The main question is if you're really willing to put yourself through another surgery and lengthening for something that might not have any practical benefit.

 Like Kilo said that there are many doctors who can do this, some consider it is very dangerous and dont want.I read in some place here, that Parihar would be willing to do it, because he consider it not very dangerous, opinions are divided,however, if a surgen like him accepts, it is your opportunity. In the previous post I said that it is more dangerous, the thing that I really wanted to express is that this can be even more uncomfortable than LL.

I wonder how much humerus lengthening will dump your arm strength(the same problem with athletic abilities when lengthening your legs).

That probably depends how much you lengthen. If less than 20% of the starting humerus length, you'll probably be able to get all of your strength back or at least close to it. I think there was a study about muscle strength a few years after leg lengthening and people got back up to within 3% of their pre-op strength. After putting the muscle back on, you'll probably be able to lift less in the bench press and a little more in the deadlift due to how arm length determines the distance you have to move the weight.

Hmm, interesting. I compared arm length with my 6' friend(he is pretty skinny) and our forearms were the same length but he had longer humerus.

I like working out for the sake of it, i don't really need to lift extreme amounts of weight. Though i don't think i will aim for arm lengthening when im paying tons of money for leg lengthening already.
