Have any of you who have completed leg lengthening improved your dorsiflexion after you are fully consolidated?

I'm still in the lengthening phase and Doris flexion at the ankle is the thing I work on the most to avoid ballerina. Logically after surgery you should be able to improve it further by working on strengthening your interior tibialis and also stretching out you calf muscles.
