One leg has Low patella after Distraction

hi everyone i had a surgery in russia external fixator and after distraction one of my patella on my knee is very low , which ive researched and found its called patella Baja
is there anyone had this , and does it go away after frame removal ???, it hurts when bending my knee and sometimes while walkimg

never hard of this before

how badly does it hurt??

how is your walking in terms of endurance and speed?
