How long are you able to walk for at a time?

It depends on determination. If I am on painkillers and with crutches, 1 km is not a problem.

I cannot contract my muscle fully because there are 8 pins in each of my limb. It will cause pain or even wounds. Therefore I cannot tell that.

Crutches, yes. Wheelchair, I don't think so. How am I gonna get on a tram or a bus with a wheelchair? Crutches are already much of a liability.

2. are you told before hand about when to meet dr pili? And how often do you need to meet him? He said once a month till lengthening phase is done. could you confirm?
3. are you doing physios now? is it comfortable ?
4. you sure you can manage with crutches for your classes?

Mine is due next month

1. I don't have a wheelchair. But if you want, you can buy/rent one.
2. Yes, I was told beforehand. The frequency is once a month.
3. I am not assigned any physios, but I have to walk a lot. I cannot count on my friends to do everything for me.
4. I go to class only when necessary. And yes, I can manage with crutches. As you said, I have to go to hospital to meet Dr. Pili once a month. Frankly speaking, the hospital is much more far away from where I live.

By the way, I read this in your OP again, and I just had to comment: I hope you've been doing well in that regard. So many LLers hire and depend on other people to take care of them, in their own countries. I hope you have been faring well and haven't been too lonely, shadow.
