Question for those who did LL in femurs..
« on: October 15, 2015, 12:05:20 PM »

Do your long femurs not show when you're sitting down? It's easy to hide 3 inch longer femurs when standing up or moving around, but when you sit down, don't they just poke out?

Seems like they would poke out pretty far. That's one of the factors holding me back from femur lengthening. For average height people like myself, it might make it impossible to fit into business class airplane seats or in the back seats of small cars.

At 5'7" with a 29" pants inseam I can't imagine adding 2-3 inches on my femurs would make it that much harder to fit in backseats and plane seats.. though I might have to sit up straighter heh

its not that bad. I was 5 8 or so pre op and with m 3 inches can fit alright into most places other than the most tight of planes. And even then you still make do. I mean, the world is built to accommodate tall people too.
